CCMS provides a variety of performance monitors. Each monitor supplies detailed statistics based on its individual component. These statistics let you verify the health, or help you decide how to optimize performance if your system is performing poorly. All statistics are archived in the database for the days, weeks or months previous and can be tailored to your requirements.
With these monitors you are able to:
- Check and analyze the status of the operating system(s)
- Check and analyze the status of the database system
- Check and analyze the status of the R/3 System
- Check and analyze the status of the network
- Activate additional alert monitors (if the host system provides the appropriate functionality)
To call the CCMS Monitors
From the main R/3 screen, select Tools ® Administration ® Computing Center ® Management System ® Control ® Performance
Alternatively, use transaction code STUN .
The following menu is displayed.
From this screen, you can access all CCMS monitors and their associated statistics.
