Exception Operation Mode

To define exception operation:

1. From the R/3 main menu, select Tools
® CCMS® Configuration ® OP mode timetable

Alternatively, use transaction code SM63 .

2. Select Exception operation, and Display.

The timetable for the 24hr cycle is displayed.

3. Select Exception operation, and Change.
4. You can now change the date on which the operation mode is to be activated. Select Day+1, Day-1, Specify a day accordingly.
5. Select Assign to set the time at which the operation mode is to activated.




You do not need to define a full 24hr cycle for exception operation. You must only define the period, in which you want the operation mode to be active.

6. Save the changes.
