The user who is processing an SAP Note specifies its processing status. This status indicates whether a user has already processed this SAP Note, and if so, to which extent. You can set the following processing statuses in the Note Assistant: You have loaded the SAP Note into your system, but have not yet processed it. A user is processing the SAP Note. You have followed the instructions in the SAP Note and implemented any corrections in your system. The processing of the SAP Note has now been completed. You have read the SAP Note and decided that it is not relevant, for example because it refers to a function that you do not user.
