Creating Where-Used Lists for Authorization Values (RSUSR002)

Use

You can use this report to search for certain authorization values, such as all users that have authorization to post goods receipt.

Procedure

...

1. Start the user information system (transaction SUIM).

2. Expand the nodes Where-Used List and Authorization Values.

3. Choose the Execute option next to one of the following search areas:

¡ In Users

¡ In Roles

¡ In Profiles

¡ In Authorizations

4. Specify the authorization object (such as M_MSEG_WWE), for the values of which you want to create the where-used list, and the values for the authorization object in the fields, which are different, depending on the authorization object (in this example, activity = 01).

5. Choose Execute.

The result list appears.

6. There are additional functions available to you on the result list, depending on the search area.

Result

The result list displays the where-used list for the authorization object in the specified search area.

Roles	List of users with their roles
Profiles	List of users with their profiles
Change Documents	List of change documents for the users selected in the result list

Display Details	Starts the role maintenance transaction (PFCG).
User Assignment	Displays a list of the users assigned to the role.
Profile Assignment	Displays a list of the profiles assigned to the role.
Contained in Composite Roles	Displays a list of composite roles in which the single role selected in the result list is contained.
Contained Single Roles	Displays which single roles are contained in the selected composite role from the result list.
Transaction Assignment	Displays a list of the transactions assigned to the role.
