i have a user before with out any structural authorisation profiles in HR . But now customer asking to allow the user to only access part of the org unit and part of personnel data . If i give the required structural authorisation then the user is not able to see any other infotypes .how can i solve this issue . thanks

Then I would suspect your PD profile is wrong. Infotype is controlled by P_ORGIN which records you can see from the list of authorized P_ORGINs is filtered by the PD profile
