HR Structural authorisations

Question: hi all

my requirement in management planning is like this . A manager assigned some qualifications to his subordinate employee . later on the employee is moved to a different position under a different manager . now the new manager should not be able to see the qualifications assigned by previous manager . he should only be able to see the qualification assigned by himself . can anybody suggest me how i can achieve this requirement . thanks in advance

Don't know how you could do this with authorizations.

Speculation: you could assign the qualifications to a position, not to the employee. When the employee moves to a new position the qualifications stay on the old position and are not transferred with the employee.
