Protect access via authorisations. As default it's assigned to auth group SC .

USR02 in versions 3.0 and lower were relatively easy to guess, in hier version the encryption is a bit harder so limiting access is a "so". But if you must the authorization object S_TABU_DIS controls access to the table through normal SAP functionality (SE16, etc) but does not fully control access to the table via other methods.
