Locking down ALE connections

Question: Dear sapfans!
we have 2 SAP systems A and B connected with an ALE connection and exchanging financial postings. We identified that there are ALE postings in system A with a userID that even does not have a user account in system A. (UserIDs are the same in both systems.)
Is it possible to ensure that ALE transactions from system B are only accepted in system A if that userID has the required authorisations in system A.
Thank you, Franz

Answer:
Only if you code it to do so...Some of the ALE function module just "copy" the records to the target system rather than re-post, so it is possible for the an ID to "exist" on a record in one system that does not in itself exist on the target system. Additionally SAP tarkes the document Creator regardless of the system they are in and post in the target system with this data NOT with the ALE Id, as it should be.
