inactive transactions cannot be deleted

Question: dear sir,

My SAP version is 46C . While creating a role (pfcg) when i click the authorisations-> change authorisation tab i cannot delete the inactive objects all together. i will have to expand the tree and delete the individual inactive sub objects and then delete the main node. I started noticing this after the patches which were applied long back. I would like to know if there is any solution to clarify my question. My patches are mentioned below:
SAP_BASIS : 51
SAP_ABA : 51

A search would have told you that this has been discussed before.

Briefly -

You can only mass delete inactive items which were in status changed or manual. If they were status standard or maintained before you made them inactive you have to conciously deceide to delete thme one by one.
Reason - they were brought through thanks to your SU24 settings. If you don;t want thme then reconfigure your SU24 properly.
