Hi right
Thanks for reply,i went through the P_PERNR object ,i found that PSIGN is the field we can restrict users to change there owndata ,i tryed both field values 'I' and' E'
But still the user changing there own data like basispay and all is there any method to restrict,Please advice me
Answer:
You have to turn the check on. I beleive the tcode is OOSW. If not look in the documentation of the object in SU21.
Note: this objects works different from all other's in SAP it is both EXCLUDE and INCLUDE ( E or I) and the sequence of check is '*' ( even if the docuemnt says asterisk is not used it is, 'E' the 'I' is ANY pf these pass fo rthe infotype in quest SAP does no other check.
Answer:
Hi
I got it this is OOAC tranction code here we can activate the personnel number check 'PERNR'
Answer:
you also need to ensure that the user has IT 0105 ST 0001 maintained on their own personnel record with their ID. This is what the I and E check against. i.e. user JSMITH needs to have JSMITH entered on his personnel record in 0105 so the system knows it is his record.
in OOAC you need to change the value from 0 to 1 to activate it.
Answer:
hi all
i wanted to restrict user to see his own data . i used p_pernr . but it doest work . the switch is ok and the user is linked with the personnel number as well . just to test the object i wanted to restrict the user to see any kind of own data so i used values as * and the psign as E . any ideas ?
thanks
