Could you some please tell How profiles are pransported at the database level.
What does it exactly mean and how can it be done.

Answer:
Profiles are fairly complicated objects that are stored in multiple tables. In some early versions they were stored in pooled tables. A database "transport" would not be a very safe thing to do. In fact the only reason someone would attempt it (that I can think of) is that they have a lot of DBA authority but not much SAP authority and they are up to no good.
SAP has a transport mechanism and they also have an upload/download mechanism for moving roles.
How to Transport profiles at the database level?
