How to Create User Groups

How do we create new user groups?

Please advice.

Be sure if using CUA that the user groups exist in the child systems also.

Also make sure that if you are using any programs that my feed off of the users group for some reason that when you change them you let the ABAPrs know. Eventhough you own user groups you still want to let them know.
