Question: Hello
We have to delete transaction SM37 in all of our roles and I want to know if there is someway for doing that in massive mode.

Nope, But why delete it? control it properly.
SM37 is a good thing, you WANT people to run reports in batch and see the results as opposed to tieing up valuable dialog processes for an ill defined report request.
