CUA deletion

I have configured CUA in my system but i want to delete the CUA in my system as it is not configured properly.i have executed rsdelcua report but its still not deleted.kindly provide me the steps to delete completely.

Answer:
Make you sure you selected the following options and run it from CUA
1. Under Delete, select "Complete CUA"
2. Uncheck the check box which says "Test"
