Company code Authorization

Question: Hi Gurus,

SAP R/3 release 3.1i

In our system most of the users are having more than 10 authorization profiles. Almost all the authorization profiles are using by more than 1 user.

Now one user has requested for authorization for few new Company Code.

How can I authorize those new COmpany code to that perticular user?

I can not assign Company code to an exsisting profile as that auth profile might have assigned to more than one user.

If I create a new Auth Profile, I can not assign Company code without assigning a Tr code to that profile. and my knowledge is that if I assign Tr code then the company code will be authorized for that Tr code only.

Please help.

Authorization objects are not transaction specific, they allow access and regardless of which tcode calls the check if the user is authorized then they can run the tcode.

How can I get a List of access of companie code of the users including their profiles, I mean.
In sap 4.6 I need the next.

I have 20 Profiles and each one had acces to different companie code, I need for companies whic of them ( user ) access to each one of the companies.

Can I do that on SAP?
