Company code authorization

Question: Hi Gurus

One user need the access of some company code e.g. 1001 to 1005.

This user is having almost 20 activity group. All the activity groups are accessed by some other user also. So if I provide those CC to those activity groups' Organization level, then all the user will have access to those CC.

How can I provide the access of Company code to the perticuler user only?

Answer:
Only way to do that is by roles. If you change a role to include the access, all users with this role will get the access. Otherwise you need new roles if it's not already included in some other roles
