SAP_ALL Profile

Question: Dear SAPFans,

I use 4.6C SR2, there is a SAP_ALL profile can use for everything transaction ( create, change, display, etc ). Can i restrict this profile, or there is another profile that can display only for all transaction inside the SAP ?

Is SAP have a standard profile for each module ?

Hi,
You have several standard Profiles and Activity Groups concerning different roles in an "ideal" company. but the best option, is to copy them to a Z because you will need to adjust them with new objects or taking some autorizations off the profile for your needs.
In our case, we started from a list of transactions for each role and the PFCG. The problem is that you really don't know what the standard profiles permit unless you spend a lot of time checking them.

In IDES 4.7 there is a profile Z_ENTW_SHOW which is All R/3 System Display. You could use su25 option 6 to generate a role from it.
