locking / unlocking users via CUA

Question: Hi,

is it possible to lock / unlock users via CUA the same way as you can change passwords?

Thanks!

Answer:
Sorry, the only way I've seen is either a global lock, or a lock in the local system. I don't think you can pick which system to do the lock in (similar to the password reset). Suggest you might want to put in a development request if you can. (I'm on 47 Enterprise, so not sure what additional functionality in this respect comes with mySAP ERP).

You might be able to run a custom BADI and make the user lock calls via RFC. (just thinking out loud here...)

Sorry kiddo, know its not the answer you wanted.

Answer:
hey i think you have to set the attribute as EVERYWHERE rather than global or local, when you do that any chnages made centrally or in any child systems it reflects into all the systems.
Thanks
