Locked ID

Question: Hi,

An ID has been locked because the person has left the company. We don't want to delete their ID from SAP for auditing trail reasons. But is there a way to not have their names appear in SAP hitlist.

tell us what list you are using & we can tell you how to remove the name or a better list to use

We had same problem and SAP asked us to Lock the user and set Valid Through date to the last logon date of the user.

This is avlbl. in SU01 -> Logon data

and use a user group such as "deleted", "obsolete" or anything else that will make it easy to filter them out of your reporting
