Listing authorizations objects into role ??

Question: Hi all,

I am looking for a way to help fonctionnal consultant to customize their roles/user profils.

I wich (if possible) extract in Excel all the authorisations object include into a SAP standard single role.

My goal : To have the same list/tree on Excel that in the view of authorization objet on PFCG.

It's may be a huge matrice between authorizations objects and transactions ... but I don't know the table's names to create it.

Any idea ? impossible ?

Hi!

For a list you could look at table AGR_1251.

To mimic the tree you could expand all nodes of the role in PFCG and then export the result through system->list->save->local file-> spreadsheet.
Maybe this is readable enough.

But, since you want to feed your functional consultants with rather technical stuff anyway, why don't you give them rights to look at the profiles in pfgc themselves? That way you'll only need an export (which they can create themselves) once they want to propose a change.

One downside is the functional teams will have no clue as to what they are looking at. THey will not understand that they need 5 to 7 object to control posing in FI and that they will not be able to has "in tcode X i want then to post and tcode y I do not want them to post" though both tcodes are posint tcode and SAP does not care what they want.

Yo would be better served asking in general what the roles should do rather then have them look at a bunch of techno babble that they will not understand.
