Question: I want to use SM20 to trace users' transaction, but there are no results after executing the program. I wonder if certain customizing should be done before executing it. Please advise. Thanks a lot.
Answer:
Make sure you have the correct system parameters set if you are doing a static configuration, activating profile, rebooting if necessary...
