How do you "convert" CPIC ids from SAP_ALL ?

Question: In a previous topic John Jarboe said ...

"Further SAP provides a report to "convert" the CPIC ids by removing SAP_ALL and placing an appropriate one on it. "

Could anyone tell me the report to which he refers ? ( or even John himself ? )

The reports are
RSUSR401
RSUSR403
But it only "converts" the ID SAPCPIC, in setting up your own SAP figures you should know better, you can use SE37 and use the function module
SUSR_INTERFACE_USER with profile = S_A.CPIC, user = tot eh CPIC ID and Action = 'I'
