Derived roles

Question: hello,

We are using the derived role method for our security. We have created a master role which is used to derive the necessary tcodes and objects. We create a relationship to the master within our job specific roles.

My question is is there a way to assign 2 derieved relationship within a job specific role? Meaning we have 2 masters roles we want to derive the infomration from.

Please help this is very urgent.

Why do not you just create two drived roles and combine both two roles, composite role, as a job role.

That is what we talked about but wanted to see if there was a way to utilize multiple derive role get the tcode and objects from.

No, there is a 1-1 link between a master and derived role. You cannot relate 1 derived to multiple masters.
