Audit Trail Report For Batch Jobs

Question: Hi All,

Our Basis Admnistrator is having S_BTCH_NAM with "*" and S_BTCH_ADM with "Y". we also have few batch IDs with SAP_ALL access.

Auditor is having objection to this by saying that basis adminastrator effectively has SAP_ALL access.

We wish to desin a mitigating control by way of review of some audit trail report which details when and at what time did Basis administrators schedule jobs using the batch ID with SAP_ALL access. The report should also detail what jobs have been processed using batch ID.

Congigure a custom filter on the audit log to record the work carried out by your batch user.
