Audit history for Z transactions

Question: Hi Everyone,
If someone has created a Z transaction in SE93, then deleted it, would there be a log anywhere showing the creation and existence of that Z transaction?
I checked SUIM, SM21 and ST03N. ST03N merely shows that I executed it.

There should be history somewhere in the system for the creation and deletion of that Z transaction?
Oh..and table logging not turned on and table accesses parameter set to 0.

Oh, and I should mention that the package was $TMP, which of course does not have "Changes are recorded" checked.

THe only record would be in a transport unless the user was smart enough to delete it as well. Other than the transport ( as you indicate $TMP are not recorede) there is no record.
