Prerequisites
1. You are running a Microsoft Windows 32-bit operating system.
2. The SAP Shortcut file type has been registered in your Windows registry. This happens automatically during successful installation of an SAP graphical user interface (SAP GUI).
3. You have received an SAP user ID from your system administrator, and created a password.
4. You know the transaction code for the screen for which you want to create an SAP Shortcut.
