Check canonical SNC names

Description

Checking and Cleaning-Up the Canonical SNC Names.

You can check the following tables:

• User (USRACL)

• User with same SNC name (multiple USRACL entries)

• SNC names not conforming to the naming convention "The user name must be contained in the SNC name" (USRACL)

• Extended user (USRACLEXT)

• RFC destinations (RFCDESSECU)

• CPIC destinations (TXCOMSECU)

• Systems (SNCSYSACL)

• Output device for SAPLPD (TSP0U)

For the client-dependent tables, you can also check the current client or all clients.

You generally only display the entries to be cleaned.

You can delete or ignore invalid SNC names.

Requirement

SNC must be active.

Export user for external security system

Description

Export user data for CA manager from Secude.

Output

The first line contains (the length of the field in brackets)

• the SAP release (5)

• the date (10), the length of the date (4) and

• the English field names (10) and length (4) of the data fields.

The following fields are exported:

• Client (3)

• User (12)

• Creation date (8)

• Valid from (8)

• Valid to (8)

• Country (3)

• Town (25)

• Company (30)

• Last name (30)

• First name(30)
